CASPER, Wyo. (AP) – Visitors to Fremont County can now locate Sacajawea’s grave and other historic sites at the Wind River Indian Reservation with help from a newly released driving map.

The Casper Star-Tribune reports that the map is a collaborative effort between state and tribal officials aimed at encouraging more people to visit the reservation. Casey Adams with the Wind River Visitors Council says the map will benefit tourists interested in learning more about the culture and history of Native Americans.

The maps are free to the public and can be picked up at the Dubois, Lander and Riverton chambers of commerce.
