FORT THOMPSON, S.D. (AP) – A tribally owned telephone system is up and running on the Crow Creek Indian Reservation. Native American Telecom-Crow Creek provides telephone and advanced broadband service on the reservation. The Crow Creek Sioux Tribe launched the venture in September. Tribal officials say it will pave the way for business, economic, social and educational development on the reservation.
