Cherokee Nation Hosting Entrepreneurship Class

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. — Cherokee Nation will host a small business workshop on June 13, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

“Indianpreneurship” will offer information to help budding entrepreneurs write a strong business plan. The workshop will be taught by Veronica Hix, entrepreneurship development manager with the Cherokee Nation Commerce Group, which is sponsoring the event.

There is no cost to attend and the workshop is open to the public. It will be held at the Government Resources conference room at the Cherokee Nation tribal complex, 17675 S. Muskogee Ave.
