PEACH SPRINGS, Ariz. (AP) – The Hualapai Nation and the developer of the Grand Canyon Skywalk had been scheduled to meet Monday as part of a contract dispute.

But the two sides did not come together after disagreeing over the meeting location.

Las Vegas businessman David Jin contends the tribe has not paid him the money he's owed and took his concerns to tribal court to force arbitration.

A judge did not grant Jin's request.

Instead, the judge told the parties to meet informally this week and turn over any relevant documents. They are scheduled to update the tribal court in Peach Springs on Tuesday afternoon.

The tribe claims Jin has not finished the visitor center that tourists must pass through to reach the glass bridge that juts out from the Grand Canyon.
