TULSA, Okla. – High school students, freshmen through seniors, and their parents are invited to attend free workshops on getting in to college and how to excel at it during the 19th annual Tulsa Community College Day of Vision from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, November 14 at TCC’s West Campus, 7505 West 41st. 


Students can pick from a variety of sessions to attend from ACT preparation and choosing a career to college writing and time management among many others. Parents can visit workshops on preparing their children for college and financial aid information including the popular Tulsa Achieves program and other scholarship opportunities.

“With more than 800 students and parents expected to attend, Day of Vision is one of TCC’s biggest and most exciting events of the year,” said Tony Alonso, TCC Dean of Diversity and Civic Engagement. “Parents leave with more knowledge to help ensure their child’s success and students get a sneak peek at what college will be like.”
