OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – The Chickasaw Nation and Feed the Children will combine to offer a program to help feed hungry children by providing food through home delivery.

The program is to be supported by a $9.7 million grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

The program is to be similar to online grocery shopping and will provide food through home delivery to households with children who qualify for free school meals. Feed the Children will be delivering the food directly to homes of participants.
