Claremore IHS hosting veteran enrollment fair

The Claremore Indian Hospital will be sponsoring a VA Enrollment Fair. This is so that we may be able to assist our Native American Veteran patients  in applying for eligibility for health care services through the VA. We will have Claremore Indian Hospital Benefit Coordinators and representatives from the VA and DAV to assist with the application processes. Please make plans to attend and bring your financial information and DD-214 (Military Discharge Papers) to:
