TAHLEQUAH, Okla. —  Applications for the 2014 Family Services Clothing Program that helps families purchase new school clothes will be available starting July 7.

All children applying for the gift cards must be Cherokee citizens and living within the 14-county tribal jurisdiction, as well as meet income guidelines. To qualify, children must be in grades K-12 and parents must provide proof of school enrollment. Parents will also be required to provide income verification for all adults in the household.

Cherokee Nation employees will be at various field sites taking applications from 1 to 6 p.m. at South Coffeyville and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the remaining locations. Once approved at the site, parents will receive a $100 gift card for each school-aged child within the household.

July 8 – Bartlesville Community Center, 300 S.E. Adams Blvd.

July 9 – Nowata High School, 707 W. Osage

July 10 – Sequoyah High School ‘The Place Where They Play,’ 17091 S. Muskogee Ave.

July 15 – Vinita High School, 801 N. Adair St.

July 15 – Kansas N.E. Technology Center, 450 N. Hwy. 59

July 17 – Salina Middle School, 909 Saltwell

July 21 – Jay Upper Elementary School Cafeteria, 410 E. Monroe

July 22 – Stilwell High School, 1801 Locust St.

July 23 – Sallisaw High School, 2301 Ruth St.

July 24 – Porum High School gym, 4th and W. Osage

July 29 – Claremore High School cafeteria, 201 E. Stuart Rosa

July 30 – Sequoyah High School ‘The Place Where They Play,’ 17091 S. Muskogee Ave.

July 31 – Collinsville High School, 2400 W. Broadway
