Position Overview: We seek a visionary Program Director to spearhead the Tribuquent Incubator Project. This role is pivotal in advancing our mission, focusing on green energy solutions such as Hydrogen, Solar, and Carbon Management, and emphasizing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) principles. The Director will be instrumental in leading our strategic initiatives, from incubating energy startups to launching community-centric pilot projects, all aimed at fostering a sustainable and equitable future.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Program Management:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our vision of promoting sustainable technologies and renewable energy solutions within tribal nations and underserved communities.

Drive the incubation of energy startups, offering them comprehensive support, including access to integrated research and development facilities and tailored financial support programs.

Community Engagement and Support:

Lead community-centric pilot projects and science initiatives, ensuring they align with the needs and values of local and tribal communities, thereby promoting sustainability and inclusivity.

Foster strong relationships within the ecosystem, connecting tribal nations, local organizations, and national networks to support STEM opportunities and sustainable development.

Fundraising and Resource Mobilization:

Secure funding and resources through grants, partnerships, and sponsorships, focusing on projects that advance DEIA principles and sustainable energy solutions.

Outreach and Brand Development:

Craft and execute a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy to highlight the incubator project's unique position in the sustainable technology and renewable energy landscape, emphasizing our commitment to tribal nations and underserved communities.

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience in leading strategic initiatives, ideally within the realms of technology innovation, environmental sustainability, or community development.

Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of stakeholders and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

Deep understanding of climate change, renewable energy technologies, and DEIA principles, with a commitment to leveraging technology for social and environmental good.

Familiarity with the startup ecosystem, particularly in the context of sustainability and biotechnology, is advantageous.
